Unit 6: Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.
The Hobby Lobby Stores are upset with the Affordable Care act that states they must pay for the contraception of their employees. The representative of the store believes that it is such a religiously sensitive subject and that it should be handled with respect. Hobby Lobby Stores believes that it is unnecessary and unconstitutional that they should be allowed to pay for contraception for their employees, which goes against their beliefs and ideals. I believe that there should be an amendment installed that states that accommodations should be made for those religious groups that have problems with the statute.
